1. ASSEMBLY of SHUTTER FRAME


Lay the frame parts face down and join the corners. Use the frame key to join the corners and tap the key gently into place.

2. WINDOW FRAME INSTALLATION


You must have decided when taken the first measurement if the shutter will be installed inside or outside window frame.

OUTSIDE RECESS

For outside frame fitting we would provide a L frame.
Position the outside edges of the L frame around the window recess.
Secure one side of the frame to the wall with a screw and use a spirit level to make sure frame is absolute level and then fix the other side of the frame.

INSIDE RECESS

For inside recess we usually provide Z frame but also L frame if requested. Warning: make sure the frame is installed away from door handles or other obstructions to allow the louvers to open and shut.



Use a drill to go through the frame and mark the holes that are needed for most of the walls, except when installing on wood or uPVC and where screws go direct.


3. HOW TO HANG THE PANNELS


If the hinges come preinstalled all is left to do is to slide the pins in. If not than hinges should be drilled first by the installer.

Try and identify the correct panels according to the picture bellow before inserting the pins in the hinges


Full Height or Cafe Style LLRR panels = 1234
Tier on Tier LLRR panels = 1234 (top tier) LLRR panels = 5678 (bottom tier)
