One of the most sought-after fair rides that will definitely steal the spotlight is the giant observation wheel, a thrilling sensation which offers you an amazing panoramic view from the London sky across the Winter Wonderland space and and even more, over the entire city. Have a walk-through experience in the Magical Ice Kingdom, a fantasy world created from frozen sculptures of creatures and castles. You will surely face your fears and have your chills down your spine moments with the ice and snow beast figures you encounter along the way.

Winter Wonderland's Lycamobile ice rink is the largest outdoor rink in the UK and is the right place to get some exercice and work up an appetite for the goodies that can be found at the Bavarian-style food stands in the Christmas markets or a unique cocktail that you can drink from a glass made from actual ice at the Bar Ice, relaxing on hand crafted furniture. Not only that you can soak up the merry atmosphere just by sitting in this themed park, but you can also gaze at a daytime circus show, great for all the family, provided by the Christmas Circus or at Cirque Berserk’s “Mechanika” show in the evening.

Dream of Santa's presents, imagine his open sleigh and elves in his workshop, take a trip to Santa Land and see all of these with your own eyes by visiting him and his grotto. But even if Santa doesn't give you a present, browse all you can the Christmas Markets and something special will grab your attention or will make a good idea as a gift for your loved ones.

Other rides to mention are the Ice Mountain spinning roller coaster, Snow Jet, Winter Wonderland Starflyer and the North Pole funhouse.

The entry to this fun-tastic annual destination is free, which means you don't need to spend a lot of money as you can simply walk around and take in the holiday spirit, but tickets for the main attractions (skating, Zippos circus, observation wheel, The Magical Ice Kingdom and Bar Ice) have to be purchased. So quick tip : don't hasten to throw on your warm clothes and head over to the door before making sure you have booked ahead for these rides, so you don't have to wait forever in lines. For many other rides tokens can be bought from various points around the fair.
